Maple Squash Bake
- Peel squash, remove seeds and cut into 8 pieces.
- Cook, covered in boiling water for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and mash squash.
- Add â…“ cup or maple syrup, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Spoon into 1 quart (1 Litre) casserole.
- Drizzle with remaining 2 TBSP (25 ml) maple syrup.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350Â°F (180Â°C) for about 20 minutes.
